The company adheres to GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001: 2015 "Quality Management System Requirements", CCCF-CPRZ-24:2019 "Implementation Rules for Fire Protection Product Certification - Fire Extinguishing Agent Products", CCS Marine Product certification - China Classification Society Management Specifications 2011 "Professional Quality Management System Requirements for Marine Product Manufacturers", GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001: In 2015, a documented management system was established in accordance with the "Environmental Management System Requirements and Guidelines for Use" and GB/T45001-2020/ISO45001:2018 "Occupational Health and Safety Management System Specification", and it was certified by the China Classification Society Quality Certification Company. The system has been operating normally and effectively, meeting the standard requirements.
Second, the company's laboratory is fully equipped with a complete set of testing instruments and equipment for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in accordance with the national standards for relevant products, which can meet the technical requirements for product production control and inspection. The company is a member unit of the Third sub-technical committee of the National Fire Protection Standardization Committee. It is one of the drafting units of national standards such as GB15308-2006 "Foam Fire Extinguishing Agent", GB27897-2011 "Class A Foam Fire Extinguishing Agent", GB4066-2017 "Dry Powder Fire Extinguishing Agent", and industry standard XF3007-2020 "Class F Fire Water System Fire Extinguishing Agent". It is also a member of the fifth Technical Expert Group for Compulsory Product Certification of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China.
The company currently has one production line for water-forming foam fire extinguishing agents, with an annual designed production capacity of 20,000 tons. One production line for anti-solvent foam fire extinguishing agent, with an annual designed production capacity of 10,000 tons. One production line for high-magnification synthetic foam fire extinguishing agent, with an annual designed production capacity of 5,000 tons. In 1985, with the approval of the relevant superior departments, a production and research consortium was established with the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security. Since 1986, the company has successively joined the China Fire Protection Association, the Mine Rescue Professional Committee of the Ministry of Coal Industry, the Shanghai Branch of the Water Fire Protection Association of the Ministry of Transport, and the Jiangsu Fire Protection Association. It has been rated as a "Contract-abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" by Yangzhou City for 29 consecutive years. In 1998, it was rated as a star enterprise in Yangzhou City. Since April 2011, it has been awarded the AAA-level enterprise credit rating certificate by the China Fire Protection Association. In October 2015, it was rated as a National High-tech Enterprise. He also successively participated in the firefighting of major fire accidents such as the 150,000-cubic-meter crude oil storage tank fire in Yizheng on August 8, 2006, and the Deqiao storage in Jingjiang on April 22, 2016. All of the company's products have obtained the fire product certification certificates issued by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management in accordance with relevant regulations. The foam fire extinguishing agent product has obtained the factory approval certificate from China Classification Society.
The company's products have been widely used in transportation, ports, emergency rescue and fire protection, national defense facilities, civil aviation and aviation fuel, petroleum, coal and other units. The products are sold to nearly 10,000 user units in more than 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, and are also exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions.

Water-formed foam fire extinguishing agent
Water-forming foam fire extinguishing agent is composed of hydrocarbon surfactants, fluorocarbon surfactants, stabilizers, anti-burning agents, anti-freezing agents, etc. Its characteristic is that it can form a protective film on the surface of oil to inhibit the evaporation of oil. It extinguishes fires by the dual action of foam and protective film. It is widely used in oil fields, petrochemical enterprises, chemical product warehouses, airports, etc.
2. Anti-solvent water-forming foam fire extinguishing agent
The water-resistant film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent is currently the most efficient and fastest fire extinguishing agent among low-expansion foam fire extinguishing agents. This fire extinguishing agent can produce uniform and fine foam through the foam generation device to extinguish fires caused by polar solvents and hydrocarbon fuels. Typical fire extinguishing equipment applied in foam fire extinguishing systems and in places such as chemical storage tank areas and processing areas.
3. Multi-functional foam fire extinguishing agent
The multi-functional foam fire extinguishing agent is a multi-purpose and highly efficient foam liquid.
